      My fiance and I recently bought our first house with TJ. Every step of the way he was on top of what we needed and worked around our schedules. Whether he was meeting us for just a single house squeezed into a lunch hour, or responding to texts in the late evening, we could rely on him to be available. He really broke down what we didn't understand to make sure we were making fully educated decisions. TJ was honest about what he saw, making sure to warn us of potential issues that we would never have noticed! When we closed on our house, the cherry on top of a wonderful experience was that 1% back. This current market is so fast and aggressive. Bidding well over asking is not unusual, so that extra cash in our pockets was a breath of fresh air that we really appreciated. TJ is a wonderful, experienced professional that is very personable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is trying to find their new home.

      I am a first time home buyer who moved from out of town. Picking TJ to be my realtor was the best decision I ever made. He understood that I was an out of town client and worked with me. He was always very prompt with his responses and offered to check on my new construction home for me. We essentially worked together for 9 months and I have no complaints throughout the process. TJ is always willing to go above and beyond. I also appreciated his tenacious yet calm demeanor. The 1% rebate was truly the icing on the cake. That extra money I was able to save helped with my moving costs. 5 stars. Totally recommend.
