      I hired Kathy’s services during the tax season, I run a small shop and she told me that she mostly works with small local businesses. I thought that she could take care of my taxes and I relied her. I requested her to pick up the documents to which she declined and then I went ahead and dropped off the documents. After that she’d ask me drop off one document on one day and another next day. If she’d have given me a list of docs she needed, I’d have gladly dropped all at once, but it was always random and urgent. After a while as tax deadline came closer and I asked about when she would be filing the tax returns, she kept procrastinating. Because of her I missed filing my tax returns on time and it caused big problems for me. In the end I had to use a more trusted tax firm and I’d like everyone to know this. If you don’t care about your tax returns or your accounts, only then choose to use this firm. Otherwise you’d be better off with your current CPA.

      I availed 1040 Accounting’s services for regular accounting and bookkeeping work. First of all there were problems with data collection. Then, there were regular delays in finishing the work. On top of that, there were several errors which shows that the work wasn’t even reviewed at all. They don’t have qualified staff to do the work. To solve the issues, I personally spoke with Kathy and she told me the books will get in order, but time after time I had to follow up and still things remained same. If you are a small business, you don’t want your accounts to be all over the place and this is what you’ll get if you get your work done from 1040 accounting. Also, they’ll keep billing you and won’t even do the job they are supposed to do.
