  My Loan Consultant, Don Nyal was amazing. He is honest, organized and extremely thorough. I applied online to do a refinance with cash out and I now have a lower rate, a lower monthly payment and my PMI was also eliminated, saving me about $400 a month. I was not sure I would qualify but Don was on top of everything and we miraculously got everything done and closed within 3 weeks. I have never had a transaction run so smooth and fast. I had put off doing this refinance because I figured it would be stressful and grueling but Don was so knowledgeable, always available and made this process so seamless that I wish I would have done it sooner.
