      The staff at both the Riverside and Hampton branches were tremendously helpful with processing my signature loan and setting up online banking. I would like to send a special thank you to Allison Wilson from the Riverside branch for processing my auto and signature loans. I decided to proceed with the signature loan only but I was very pleased with my APR and the turnaround time for a decision. I was approved in less than 24 hours! Her banking knowledge, professionalism and friendly service made my experience even better. She helped me save a great deal of money and lifted a huge burden off of my shoulders. Thank you Allison!
