Howie Coleman of 1st Bancorp was essential in the purchase of my first home. He was recommended to me through a friend when I started the process of Credit repair. Howie COACHED me on repairing my credit, and how to get to where I needed to be to become a homeowner, and then proceeded to stay in touch with me for 5 YEARS!!! When I was finally ready Howie walked me through every step and helped me purchase a home that was being sold by the owner. He helped myself and the owner navigate the entire process without a real estate agent. I cannot say enough wonderful things. This is a guy who cares about his clients. 1st Bancorp is awesome.
