  Excellent customer service with on-time closing! We couldn't ask for better communication when buying our home. We sent all of our documents to the team at 1st Capital and the rest is history! If you're looking for a mortgage lender to buy your first home or refinance, these are your people! Realtors, if you want your buyers to have confidence that their home and loan is processed quickly and accurately, the job will be done the right way here.

  Tammy Allard was the person we found on Zillow, and she was the absolute worst. She broke rules—filled out the initial application herself after the preapproval letter to lock in a rate—and so she did not answer questions correctly. In her locking in the rate, we felt locked into her. But all the lost time and money and energy, was not worth the stress that comes with working with her. The application had to be amended, but she did not explain at the time what was happening. She lost our files and blamed me why she missed TWO closing deadlines. I found out all this information through both realtors, who she does not think know what’s going on and is not going to communicate with the buyer and the seller?! The selling realtor was included in the bank emails, so she found out that the bank had lost our file; she blamed me to our realtor who has worked with us before with ZERO issues. She said I did not get her the documents she needed in a timely manner. I got everything to her that she initially requested in 1.5 weeks (internet communications have time stamps on everything!). However, she strung out her requests over the entire month. Even after everything, she did not once apologize for anything. She took zero responsibility, absolutely no accountability. Poor communicator with everyone: myself, realtors and the banks. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.

  Kim, Please call me at 918-274-1519 so we can discuss the rules that were broken and discuss what she can work on for the future. We take any accusations that the guidelines and rules were not followed, very seriously and would like more information on the situation.
