  The Best!!! Anthony and his staff is very helpful and communicative. Easy to reach and always available to answer any questions I have. I tried refinancing with my current lender Rocket Mortgage, spoke with Loan Depot, and a few other lenders and nobody was able to do what 1st Choice Lending was able to do for me.   WELL FIRST OF ALL I WAS REFERRED BY A FREIND.THINKING THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO KEEP THE REFERRAL GOING.MEANWHILE I DECIDED TO GO WITH THE LENDER LETICIA YU.SHE SOUND LIKE SHE NEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.I HAD NEVER MET HER ONLY TALK ON THE PHONE.AS A FIRST TIME BUYER SHE AND HER ASSIST KAREN ARE A FAKE.I HAD A NICE DEAL ON A HOUSE IN PALMDALE,WENT INTO ESCROW FOR APPROXIMATELY 2MONTHS AND AT THE LAST MINUTE SHE CALLS AND SAY I HAVE HAD TO MANY JOBS AND THAT SHE COULD NOT GET ME THE LOAN.SHE KNEW 2WEEKS IN ADVANCE THAT I HAD MULTIPLE JOBS THEN WHY WAIT UNTIL WE ARE SUPPOSE TO CLOSE WITH IN DAYS TO SAY I HAD TO MANY JOBS.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.WOULD NOT RETURN MY RELATOR PHONES CALLS UNTIL DAYS LATER,ALWAYS IN A MEETING,JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A FIRST TIME BUYER.LAST BUT NOT LEAST FOUND ANOTHER LENDER THAT QUALIFY ME FOR THE LOAN,IN SECONDS AFTER I PICK UP MY DOCUMENTS THAT WERE ALL NOT THEIR.BE CARFUL WHO YOU DEAL WITH TODAY DO NOT TRUST ANYONE .VERY BAD,NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.FAKE SMILE,GOD BLESS THE WHOLE COMPANY.
