      Patrick Joyce is thee most disrespectful, unorganized and incompetent person I’ve ever worked with! He fraudulently charged me 2 points on my loan that I NEVER agreed to!!!!! He also was extremely rude and combative when I asked questions and continued to make mistakes such as my name spelling to the purchase property address…. I had to look over items to be signed 3 and 4 times because of his carelessness. This was my first time buying a home and it was the most horrific experience ever! He claims to have been in business over 30 years? Maybe 30 days. His level of unprofessionalism will for sure be reported to the BBB as well as to corporate. I’ve spoken with others about him and the word is out to never ever work with him. Be careful who you mistreat, they might just know some people (smile). I’m truly surprised this place is still up and running, they are as deceitful as they come…
