      BY FAR THE WORST MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE IN ALMOST 30 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE. We had a 30 day close, HA! After 5 extensions (all due to the lender and their lack of attention and commitment to getting the file closed) it took an additional 40 days. MORE THAN TWICE AS LONG!!! If I had not tracked down the Florida corporate manager we most likely wouldn't be closed right now. BTW...I was the listing agent and I have never had to get this involved in someone else's side of a deal. It took the corporate manager to get the file moving. Although, talking to the branch manager, he would have you believe it was moving through the process. Just one of the many lies we were told. They are completely overwhelmed and consistently tell you what you want to hear just to put you at ease. After the 3rd extension we realized their incompetence. There is a complete lack of accountability. They consistently make excuses and place blame on someone or something else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! (IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS, I WOULD HAVE)
