  My experience was terrible. The day before our closing, they told me in a very rude way “ well what do you want me to do, I don’t have an answer” I would like to emphasize that I was already with my family awaiting their response as I was moving from another city. Even though, the problem was solved two days after, after they failed to provide all the necessary documentation, we had to pay a fine which was based on the value of the house. Jean Carlos Briceno told us they will not be responsible for any extra charges. We had to pay extra hotel fees as well. We were able to close after all the mistakes we encountered. It is like when you hire an event planner and the day of the event, they tell you the cake and flowers are missing. We were very disappointed by the way his office handle our case, because we did everything in our part to have a smooth transition.

  Our experience was terrible, since we had to pay a substantial fine because Loan Jean Carlos Briceño did not send the necessary documentation to the contractor to be able to close the house on the assigned day, however on the day of the closing he told me that you want me to do, I have no answer you will not have the closure yet. And I don't answer the cell anymore, we call the Manager who tried to justify his mistakes. And the office is not responsible for the fine or expenses transported in those two days of moving and hotel because we were moving out of town. Anyone was to blame except him. And his attitude was always arrogant despite his accentuated irresponsibility. And here in the USA mistakes cost money, that's why it's better to work with responsible companies.
