I’ve had a great experience with first Franklin in Monroe. Needed a personal loan a year or so ago that’s just about paid off. I usually speak to Janet I believe, but everyone is always very friendly when I call. They are also considerate of time differences!! I have moved to Oregon since taking out my loan and they made a note on my account so if they need to call for any reason, it’s not before 8 am MY TIME (3 hr difference) very impressed.
