      WARNING.... BEWARE. BEWARE. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE. THEY TACKED ON SEVERAL TYPES OF INSURANCE TO MY SON'S LOAN. MY SON ALREADY HAD ALL OF THE INSURANCES THAT THEY TACKED ON. THEY DID THIS ON THE SLY BECAUSE HE WAS NOT ASKED ABOUT HIS VEHICLE FOR THE ALLEGED CAR INSURANCE, HE WAS NOT ASKED ABOUT A BENEFICIARY FOR THE ALLEGED LIFE INSURANCE, HE WAS NEVER GIVEN ANY BROCHURES OR CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE ALLEGED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. HE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK FOR ANY OF THESE ALLEGED INSURANCES. HE NEVER RECEIVED STATEMENTS SHOWING WHAT HE WAS PAYING FOR. WHEN HE WAS TOLD HE STILL OWED MORE THAN HE BORROWED AFTER PAYING AS MUCH AS HE BORROWED, AND ASKED FOR A BREAKDOWN, THAT IS WHEN HE FOUND OUT MOST OF HIS PAYMENT WENT TOWARDS THESE INSURANCES AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN HIM A REFUND FOR THESE INSURANCE PAYMENTS. HE IS ENTITLED TO A REFUND BUT THEY KEEP SAYING.... THEY'LL SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO. THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS SINCE APRIL. RUN AROUND. HE HAS ASKED FOR A FULL STATEMENT FROM BEGINNING TO PRESENT OF ALL HIS ACTIVITY AND A COPY OF WHAT HE SIGNED AT TWO BRANCHES AND THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED IT. HE IS ENTITLED TO THESE STATEMENTS AND COPIES OF EVERYTHING HE SIGNED. CROOKED. THIS IS SO CROOKED, NOT PROVIDING COPIES OF WHAT HE SIGNED AND A DETAILED STATEMENT. HE HAS BEEN ASKING FOR THIS SINCE APRIL AND IT IS NOW JULY. I THINK IT IS TIME TO CALL CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
