  My son was wanting to purchase a vehicle with everyone turning their back on him. I told him to keep his head up that it would all work out. He works hard for his money and deserves nice things. I said on our way home from out looking at vehicles. "Son, Lets give this place a try what can it hurt?" We pulled into !st Franklin. Everyone was busy working Not paying attention. All Of a sudden this woman pops up from behind a desk an says Hi, how can I help you? My son explained his story and she said well lets see what we can do for you. The next day he had his loan for his vehicle that he had been wanting. And for that we are for ever Thankful for Charlene. She treated my son like he was some one. That made this mom proud!! Thanks 1st Franklin of Chatsworth for having such a happy energetic and willing to work above and beyond to help like Charlene. Now Do not get me wrong the other girls there are awesome too they was just busy working with a big smile on their faces as well!! HA HA!!

  Although we were intimately turned down here for a small loan.... Cindy (the lady We delt with) was very very helpful. This review is more for her than for the business. She was professional, honest, well mannered and you can plainly see that she loves her job! She seems to really care about her customers and really LISTENS, ya know?! You can tell she's sincere and that she loves being able to help others (of at least try!). She gave us some great advice too. Thank you Cindy for making our experience a positive one, even though we were denied! Ill gladly return sometime down the line, As I feel appreciated as a customer her!

  Do not go here or to any finance company unless it is your only choice. They will charge you interest, fees, and insurance that almost equal the amount of your loan! If you are just wanting to build credit get a secured credit card, it will save you a ton of money in the long run!
