  I have been with several financial institutions and have always been let down or overcharged. I walked in one day to see if they could help me out with replacing the motor in my wife’s car. Feeling doubtful I reluctantly went. From the first time I walked in, I have been treated with nothing less then kindness and respect. I have been doing business with this office for some time now and consider them family. I know that even if they are having a bad day, they never reflect it to their customers. Now I only deal with 1st Franklin and no one else. Recently I refinanced my motorcycle and the girls jumped right on the situation and got my account away from a company that I thought I could never get away from. Thank 1st Franklin and thank you to Erin, Krystal, and Amber for doing and awesome and amazing job. You have a customer for life.

  They are awesome great service all around make you Feel at home and welcomed they work with everyone if they can’t help you cause of credit issues they will give you the steps needed to make the change to where they can help you fast easy and all around amazing 10/10 recommend
