      Been a customer for years in another state. I was a bit nervous about going to a new branch. My old 1st Franklin branch always made me feel like family so my expectations were high for a new branch here in Alabama. Let me tell you they did not disappoint! Ms Patricia was amazing and another staff member there (I hate I didn’t catch her name) made me feel like she’s known me for years! Patricia was patient listening to my needs and ensuring she met everyone of them! I can not say enough good things about my experience with her today. Thank you so much. Wonder branch, friendly, professional staff I look forward to my new relationship with this branch.
