I had an unforseen dilemma due to miscommunication of a third party when I called them. To my amazement Sheila came to the rescue. She took the time to conversate with me and even calmed me down..lol.She made sure the process was quick and smooth. She is a very customer centric individual Sheila,Tammy and the entire Trussville branch are FABULOUS!!!
