  I recently used 1st Los Angeles Mortgage to purchase my new home. Trust me, this was not an easy purchase due to the sellers. Both Mike and John at 1st Los Angeles Mortgage and 1st Los Angeles Realty did a fantastic job with the negotiations and got us an incredible deal. Our loan was complicated due to a Living Trust situation, but 1st Los Angeles Mortgage over exceeded all expectations and made the deadline of my 30 day escrow. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

  I have dealt with 1st Los Angeles Mortgage for over 16 years that I have been in the real estate business.
