      I just turned 18 and really wanted to look into a new debit and credit card. I chose Contra Costa Federal Credit Union because they had no fees and had more ATM's than any other bank with their co-op network. Everyone in the credit union is so nice & welcoming, and I've really enjoyed doing my banking there so far.

      Michael Moreno is the assistant manager at this branch. He has NO customer service skills but loves to be the person providing customer service to clients. I purchased 3 cars through this bank and the last $1200 was reported as major delinquent during COVID and listed as a charge off although I have still been paying. This is disgusting and disgraceful. I wonder if the head knows about how Mike treats long standing customers or any customer for that matter
