I worked with Danielle in the Silverdale branch. I was very impressed with her customer service. She assisted in a wire transfer of which there was difficulty on the receiving end. For my convenience, she gathered contact information and solved all the issues. I merely needed to return to the bank and sign the paperwork. You can't ask for better.

As far as nice and polite, the are 5 stars. Bank hours? 0 stars. Temporary ATM card? 0 stars. Getting you actual ATM card? Negative 5 stars. I have been waiting and waiting for my ATM card. I took time off work to go to the bank, I was told that the branch was OUT of ATM cards. So far I have been waiting 18 business days for a card. I have tried to use my routing number and checking acct nbers to pay certain things like car insurance. Sorry, not a valid acct number. So I will be uninsured thanks to this bank. My honest recommendation, go elsewhere and bank. Siskel and Wbert gives 2 thumbs down.

1st Security Bank has taken care of my husband and I for several months now. The employees at the Silverdale branch are kind, thoughtful, and upbeat! The bulding is clean and nicely decorated. We enjoy banking with them more than the other banks we have tried. Thank you Silverdale branch!
