      I have a mortgage loan with WA 1st Security. Many years ago got it for 3.78% interest rate with some bank fee. They worked just perfect! Miss you Evergreen State!

      Inconsistent uptime for online services and rude people who will not explain why the online service is down. I banked here for over 20 years, and things are getting worse by the day. Used to be a credit union, now a commercial bank. Not open on weekends, no way of contacting the bank when it is closed. I gave lost faith.
