Tried to change a $20 (that I withdrew from their outside ATM) into quarters, but the inside bank teller would not do it because I’m not a member of this bank. If this is the case, then there should be a sign on the outside doors that states “Members Only”.

You are not allowed to use their services unless you are a member of that bank you can’t even really go into the bank unless you are a member. That’s one way to get new people to come in.NOT
