If you are in the market for a manufactured home or a loan for one, then look no further! David Pearson and his team is the place to go. I was at a loss when I first began my project last year. I was dealing with a different bank who did not do this kind of loan on a routine basis and it made my life quite difficult with all the questions and paperwork and in the end, just more confusion. Davids team knows what to do and how to do it. If you know you want a manufactured home and need a loan, then call them. They will get you going in the right direction. On top of the great service you get from these folks, they all treat you with respect. . We purchased our home through Heritage homes out of Everett. Call them, ask for Dale. Between Dale and David, you got yourself a new home, you just don't know it yet. I am very thankful for all of these hard working individuals. We are now living in our new home and could not be happier.
