  I typically go to the 1st Source locations in Niles, but since I needed to deposit my check and had class in Dowagiac I figured I would just stop by between classes. The lady running the desk had terrible customer service/ possibly an attitude problem. She was waiting on another customer and he needed his ID that was out in his truck, which was fine didn't mind, but I asked if I could fill out my deposit slip while waiting for him to return, a grabbed a pen out of the cup on the desk, and already had it in my hand and she said, "there's a pen in the cup on the counter over there." I'm like... okay I guess.. guess I'm not good enough for this pen. Then as I'm filling it out she says she can help me now, so I walk over and hand her my slip, and she asks if I have my ID. I wasn't getting money from my check, I was depositing the whole check with my cash tips of the week, so I say "The location in Niles never needs it to deposit." And she says "Well I don't know you" and I just look at her for a moment like... ??? And she says "So I can't give you any cash from it." And I'm like... "okay I don't need any" (I'm depositing 200 in cash if I needed cash out of the check I'd just deposit less what??) I'll try not to return to this location, I much prefer the Niles locations.
