      I just opened my account here 3 weeks ago, great bank, they fix problems when needed. But, the one lady who works there is very unprofessional. She is rude and snobby. I took all my money out, she said I couldn't or the account will close. I told her I got money coming in the next day transferring from my chime account, which it did. Then, she goes off saying, "chime isn't even a bank, they don't have a customer service number" all this other stuff. I told her they did. But, the blonde, old lady with glasses is VERY unprofessional. Hopefully my card comes in the mail soon so I don't have to deal with that again.

      The ATM stole My money I have proof of it and the bank is not even trying to respond to me or PayPal to get the money back.I do not recommend this Bank and I hope others will avoid it as well. There is a very nice PNC bank two blocks up the street.
