      I love this bank however the one loan officer, I think her name is Liz is very rude and unhelpful (at least to me). I was trying to get help to rebuild my credit to do the first time home buyers program through the city, so I went to the bank and she's the one I ended up speaking with and all she did was print out a copy of my credit report and told me I have debt (as if I didnt already know that). That was the first run in I had with her I'm not even going to get into the second time. Even with that I still love the bank

      No customers in the bank. But still sat in the drive thru for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged I was out there. Always have a long wait in drive thru even when not Busy. After 10 mins was told had to wait longer.
