I am glad I transfered from Chase, but not so happy that I cannot receive a printed statement every month, as I do not own a mobile phone. My son and daughter-in-law both bank there, and I was encouraged to do so. It's very convenient to my house in Oakland, and the staff are wonderful. Everyone is very helpful. I'm a bit upset that the promotion that was going on at the time I joined was not added to the check I wrote that was held for however long...today someone is going to call me with that information, after she checks to make sure that that really WAS the promotion at the time I joined. It was. Other than that, it's a terrific place. I'm often greeted by my name. Pretty cool!

Tried to open an account here however their system wouldn't let us. We left and opened an account at SF Federal Credit Union with zero problems. Still not sure why.
