  Hate to say this but their service has deteriorated since last year. Been calling them the last two weeks to seek help in setting my account online after been locked out due to their change in online system haven't talked to person yet. I think they can't even afford to hire a third party service to answer their phones after work hours. I'm glad I didn't signed up for their credit card but still scared that one day my account get hacked and nobody from this bank would answer their phones.
