      I am so thrilled - a casual conversation about rates and the market resulted in Pam running some numbers for us - we were able to refinance the loan on our primary and also roll in a loan on a multifamily and save over $800 a month! There was a lot of paperwork involved, but Pam was unwavering and relentless in her efforts to meet every underwriter condition, until we were able to get a clear to close.
