  An excellent credit union, with friendly and extremely helpful staff! Do NOT listen to the reviews of the various Karens! If your looking for a credit union in TC, THIS is the credit union for you! Want a program that gives you money back for doing what you already do with a bank and a debit card? 4Front has that, it's money back program! Want a bank that can easily replace lost, or stolen cards? 4Front has that, they can print out a card right behind the counter for you! Want a bank that has staff that know your name, are friendly, and welcome you every time you drop in like an old friend? 4Front! Best damn bank in Traverse City!

  To start the phone system is all sent to a call center now so you can't even contact the local office. I left my card in the atm and wanted to know if it was returned to them and I can't get an answer without going back to the location. On top of the fact I applied for a loan 2 different times because they didn't get back to me the first time. It has been 2 months and still nothing from them and when I call they tell me to check my emails. I have not received anything from them at all. I used to love this place but I might have to start looking for a new credit union at this rate. Update: 5 months later and trying to contact 4 front about the loan I still have not heard anything back.

  Pretty sad I called the bank I have questions about my account and I get transferred to someone in some other country that can hardly speak English. Make me feel real comfortable giving out my account information.
