      Great cash back checking w direct deposit debit account. Could be 5 stars but a power outage and they're down for the count. 24hrs and counting and can't access account information. Great staff at the Whitesboro branch

      I hope this review is actually seen considering I never take the time to write these since nobody ever makes a professional impression of such magnitude I feel obligated to write one...but Tristan from the Whitesboro branch is the best personal banker I have ever met in 30 years. She is patient, thorough and professional to a tee. She is always smiling and makes it very clear she is there to provide banking solutions to her clients to the best of her ability. #clientforlife
