      The reps are great and helpful so 1 star, however this is the third time a direct deposit has disappeared the day AFTER posting to our account leaving us with an insane overdraft amount! Where's our money? They usually have no idea and never see the direct deposit. My husband's employer has had to help us and it looks like she's gonna have to do it again! I feel like someone is trying to steal our money like we won't notice. Time to switch banks!

      i think 5star bank is the best bank ever. i do not work here. their tellers are great and the new accounts department is the coolest, and their manager John Williams is the man. again i do not work here, and i most certainly don't work in the new accounts department
