  Dan and his team are invaluable to have on your side when purchasing a home. Extremely knowledgeable, always responsive, and make the exhausting process of paperwork a little bit less daunting! For years Dan has been our resource and alway happy to answer our never ending questions. Danita was so kind and patient as she answered questions while my 2 and 4 year old interrupted.
