  I came in for a title loan very recently to this so called "business". The first thing I noticed walking through the door was the interior reminded me of being inside some crummy trailer; as did the employee's encompassing it. No work attire whatsoever, they looked like they just came and walked in from some homeless shelter. Beanies, Hoodies, Baggy Jeans, Tattoos, and just unprofessionally projected. Regardless, it's not good to judge a book by its cover so I attempted to conduct business with the halfwits of 51 Title Loans. As soon as the lady "helping" me asked for my last name she started getting personal with me by insisting I must be a trouble maker due to her knowing of another "Toliver" in town who was a bad drug addict and was worthless. This is not a common surname so I know my family and their values. I'm not even going to address the unprovoked slander and defamation of character with any kind of reactionary remarks because like civilized people; I refrain from verbally attacking anyone I do not know, especially without just cause. On another note, I was trying to establish my intentions of coming back the next day due to my arrival near the end of their workday to provide the spare set of keys, and references' addresses they needed. She could not comprehend the fact that I wanted hold off on the loan process and continue the next day with no lien or contract obligations. Due to her retardation or her incapability to process the English language I had basically walk out mid sentence. During my experience here the whole time I thought I was on some hidden camera show awaiting the film crew to jump out, surprise me, laugh and say "Did you really think these people were serious!" Stay away unless you want to deal with some anorexic woman who looks like she smokes meth attempt to give you an inferiority complex because you're trying to borrow money from her.
