      I have banked here for many years and even worked here as a teller. They have high staff turnover .... different reasons for each which is bothersome (pay could be better). But it is a so much better than commercial banking. They will work with you with loans - both attaining and paying. They offer free credit counseling (at least did 10 yrs ago). And have a relaxing atmosphere in all branches. Hey, interest rates are lower than commercial banks.

      Very pleasant experience every time I stop by, the atmosphere is relaxing and does not feel hectic, I never seem to wait in a line longer then 3-5 mins and at least 1 or more tellers will say Hi to acknowledge you are there.
