      This is a great place to be a member. Everyone is so friendly, and when I walked in last week with sunglasses and a mask, the first thing I heard was " Hi, Connie!!!" I've been a member for years, and I'll never leave. This, in no way, diminishes professionalism and knowledge, for which they also excel!

      Not a member but used their atm for cash, the atm charged me $3 at the time for a fee and then another $2.50 after that. It’s completely ridiculous for a bank to charge $5.50 for a fee. Especially since they atm doesn’t state that much it only says $3 at the time of withdrawal, feels like a scam to me

You may want to see what the policy is at your Financial Institution, and what network they are part of to find ATM's that you won't get charged for. If you are a member, we have ATM's through the Falcon Network, so you wouldn't be charged if using an ATM in that network.
