Zachary Ransom was my realtor for a property I bought in Brighton. He misrepresented the condition of the flooring before I had purchased my home. The floors were water damaged, which was caused by pet urine. He claimed that the flooring was not installed correctly.

As new home buyers in the Denver area, Lyndi Martoia's practical, pragmatic, and patient nature was so tremendously helpful for us. She is also competitive and aggressive where need be, looking ahead with the best interest of the customer in mind, and also so supportive to keep at it until the customer gets a great house they love.
