  I have worked with Jackie Studzinski at Better Mortgage for years with my home and investment properties. She listens to what I’m trying to achieve, researches and informs me of all the options, works above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and she keeps me informed of every step along the way. I feel blessed to have had her in my corner on several occasions and will never work with anyone else.

  Jackie Studzinski was incredible! She got me pre-approved in 10 minutes. From the start she was super supportive by ALWAYS answering my calls & texts (even 10pm texts)! This woman is so efficient and detail oriented she blew me away with how she helped me! I recommend her to everyone I know even if they think they can’t qualify for a loan because if anyone can do it it’s Jackie! Seriously, I am so grateful that I met her! Down the road I will absolutely call her when I’m ready to sell and buy a new home, (and when my son buys a home, and when my nephew buys a home, and when my cousin buys a home.. etc!).

  This is a phenomenal company. They represent what the future should look like when you work with an online financial provider. They stay with you from the beginning to the end. Unlike other online lenders, they don't simply send you a link and leave you alone to puzzle through the online application. They stay with you on the phone with you while you work through the form, explaining everything as you go. Their processes are very well designed, their technology is excellent. Their system automatically produced a pre-approval letter and allows me to change the parameters such as the price of the property, how much I'm going to put down, when it's going to be closing, the property address, etc. If I go beyond the "safe" loan to income ratio it flags the change and alerts the loan officer. Their rates are the lowest I've seen and I believe it's because they are so efficient and manage their risk so expertly that they can offer the best rates. I know something about all of this because I spent 40 years working as a management consulting for Deloitte Consulting and large real estate firms on technology-enabled process design. My golden rule is "Don't automate a mess" and, believe me, these folks have as good or better the processes and technology as I've seen.
