  I arrived not knowing I meeded an appointment, but the kind gentleman took me as a walk-in even when he didn't need to. Already a good sign they're actually looking for business and nice about it. I brought in some gold items and jewelery I knew, frankly, nothing about. The gentleman helped me out in a courteous and swift manner; performing his gold test. Perfect customer experience, I don't have any bad things to say. Thank you. I'd come back here again without hesitation if I have more gold items.

  This place is great I didn’t know where to go to sale my jewelry at but I looked them up and read there reviews they did not disappoint. The gentleman that attended me was very interested and gave me a fair price. Although I think I may have gotten a little more for it… I was content with the prices he gave me.

  Honest, courteous and respectful!! After looking at a few other places to sell a matching wedding ring/band set, and a wedding band, PJ was the best in the OC!! He gave me more more than DOUBLE what the original jeweler was offering to buy back their own jewelry at! It's safe to say I won't ever be going back to my original jeweler, and definitely going back to PJ!!
