  This is the first time in a while I have dealt with a pawn shop since the one I normally did business with closed. I was nervous and my anxiety was extremely high visiting this pawn shop and left disappointed but that was out of everyone control. I will not disclose the details that caused the disappointment because that is a private business matter, but I am willing to overlook it in the future and try to do business with them again in the future. As for the way I was treated, they tried treating me with respect and didn't look down upon me as like a leech just pawning something for money. I have the respect is given when respect is earned thought. I didn't really know how I looked to them, but I was in a business personality to try and cover up my nervousness and anxiety, but I do have a very nice personality which can shine through. The guy that I was dealing with probably could see that, and also see that I was not trying to have a nasty attitude with him and I was also trying not to be rude. Plus I was basically also trying to get a feel for the place since it was my first visit there.

  Hi John. We are a small shop and do not have the buying power of some of the bigger and chain stores. We cannot always do what everyone wants us to do (especially with the govt decisions of the past two years effect on the economy). But everyone, everyone, deserves respect. Everyone is created in God's image and deserves respect, whether we wind up doing business or not. There is no excuse for a pawnbroker (or a waiter, cashier, customer service rep, etc.) to be demeaning or rude. I hope that you have a wonderful day.

  Love their prices and gun selections. The fellas in there are extremely friendly and educational. They know their products! They will always have our business!

  I haven’t bought anything from them yet but have been in there 3 times and i always get a good vibe. People are helpful and will help u find what your looking for if they have it. Just might go back today...
