      Love it went there was no wait the rep was polite and sufficient I went to pay my insurance it was a in and out process, but everytime I go it's like that

      incompetent and insensitive.... I was in a no-fault accident this month with one of their clients and when I called, I was told that I had to file the claim on MY insurance by Jennifer and then she just hung up the phone. I called my insurance company and they told me absolutely NOT, that's not how it works andnI should have NEVER even told that. I waited a few days hoping that I may get someone more knowledgeable the next time I called but nope, Jennifer said the exact same words to me again but that she checked with her mgr this time Bobbye who was there training someone new, I asked to speak to her mgr. Bobby...she said, "she's training someone so you may have to wait", I said I'm a real-life customer, who better for her to train somebody with, so can you please ask her to get on the phone now...Bobbye came to the phone and basically told me that they AREN'T an insurance company but a broker and that Jennifer SHOULD have told me that on Wednesday, SHOULD have asked me for the customer information on Wednesday and that I COULD have BEEN and filed the claim days ago BUT that she was NEW ALSO and didn't REALLY understand the process YET since she'd just gotten on the phones...smh..how is this the victim fault??!!
