      I just got off the phone with Ulexus at Amax and I explained how complicated my situation was and how I’ve been stressed trying to figure this out. Ulexus assured me she could help, just like everyone else I’ve spoken to, but unlike everyone else, Ulexus was actually able to help me. She figured everything out for me with minimal effort of my end. Super professional and made suggestions that would benefit me. Definitely has that customer first mentality.       I've been calling for a week straight and each time they tell me they are busy and will put me on a waiting list to call back. STILL NO CALL BACK! When i call they respond with "we have you on a waiting list we will get to you". This is absurd i cannot show up to the place which is why i have always called to pay.
