  Dave and his team at A Plus Mortgage has done a more than outstanding job at helping me and my family get approved for a mortgage loan. They were quick in getting things done and very knowledgeable in their work. I can’t explain how much this company has done for us, they have gotten me an approval when all odds were against me. These guys were terrific in what they do and had excellent customer service the entire time doing it. My family and I are very thankful and grateful for the team at A Plus Mortgage, and would recommend them to anyone! You will not be disappointed with this company! We will definitely be using them in the future.

  Dave is such a great person to work with, so easy going! I had one of the most difficult case in terms of being a self employed person (changed companies within the last two years) and received gifts to help for closing costs, but Dave did not quit on me nor treated me as a burden. He has worked on my case so diligently, he was even working on the weekends and late at night to make sure my loan application was good to go. I honestly don’t think anyone else could have gotten my loan application approved with all the different setbacks that came with my case. He has even gotten us approved for a better rate than we’d ever expect! I’d recommend Dave to anyone applying for a home loan! He has exceeded my expectations and I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my family through the entire process. Thank you Dave for all your hard work in helping me and my family get into a home!!

  A Plus Mortgage Co. Was referred to my husband and I by our realtor and we could not have made a better choice. We are first time homebuyers so there was some anxiety when we began this process. Dave and his team were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to answer every single question that we had; which eliminated much of the stress that comes along with the home buying process. Whenever we had a question or any concerns they made themselves available and met every need or question with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. We never felt as though we were a bother… (and we had a lot of questions lol) This was a milestone for our family and we will be forever grateful for Dave and his team helping to make the home buying process as smooth and stress free as possible.
