Worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a lender. Used them because they are Arive Homes preferred lender and there was an incentive to do so. Couldn’t get them to give me any quotes until about 2 weeks before closing. They then added origination fees that were not on the initial disclosures. In addition, I had to send them the same documents multiple times because apparently they lost them? I would never use them again, not even for an incentive. If they would have given me a quote in enough time I would have gone with another lender but by the time they were ready to show their cards it was too late. Irresponsible, unresponsive and deceptive.
