  I went to purchase my first handgun at A to Z today and it was the best experience I have ever had in a gun shop. The owner is knowledgeable and offers advice on what to purchase. If you are a woman and you have just received your permit to purchase, I would highly recommend coming here to look for your first handgun.

  Very poor business model, and management. Was told they had a ps5 at their time of closing on a Wednesday. Drove to Des Moines all the way from Albia on Thursday. Arrived at 11:45, fifteen minutes before their posted opening time to make sure I was first customer of the day. Noon rolled around and store was still closed. Waited for 30 minutes and store never opened. Went and got lunch, came back, and store was still closed. Went to Walmart, came back, and store was still closed. Drove back home to albia. Called at noon, their opening time, on Friday and they claimed they never had a ps5 to begin with. Untrustworthy, undedicated to hours of operation, and very very poor management. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The most unprofessional encounter I've had all year!

  If I can give less than 1 * I would tell me I could come in and sell a bike and I bring the bike in it looks brand new but because the neck where the seats been pulled up and down is not painted black like the rest of it they wouldn't take it after telling me on the phone he would
