Horrible customer service. Shawna was really disrespectful and ate her lunch behind her computer well she barked across the room to notify me they charge to test jewelery and refused to give me quote on my chain cause i did not want to let them scratch. I only wanted to hear quote on how much they pay for gold and she refused to help. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I will recommend everyone to beware of this place!

Nice business but items are priced like new, some even overpriced. If I was looking to spend money on a new item I would and get that warrant as well. I will not recommend this business.

Alberto, If you find our items overpriced, I understand giving a poor review. Considering that we are a "nice business" I would hope for more than one star, but as the reviewer, that is your call. I want to invite you back. We were badly looted here, and the few items that looters did not take may have been older inventory that we haven't had time to reprice. Also, being a pawn shop, it is customary to ask for a discount, which is rarely denied. We will also try to price match prices on comparable items that you find online. I would appreciate the opportunity to earn a better review from you, but more than that, have you be a satisfied customer. Thank you for your consideration.
