      Do not step foot in this place. After being asked ridiculous verification questions to cash my employment check. I declined their service. They would not give me my check or identification card so I could leave. They literally trapped me for 20 minutes preventing me to take my business elsewhere and picking up my minor children. They also wrote on my check to prevent me from cashing it. I ended up calling the police on them and I will be filing charges on the two individuals involved. Along with filing a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint. If this has happened to you or if they lied or did not disclose their fee those are illegal practices.

      My husband and I came here to get a Western Union. I told the guy all the information was on the paper I gave him. I guess he didn’t get it. He made us fill out another paper then he got mad when I sad all the information he needed was on the paper I gave him. He told me he wouldn’t help us if I didn’t sit down.
