      We just stayed at a condo that A1 property management handles. I don’t know if they do this with all their properties, but they left some starter supplies such as toilet paper paper towels dish soap and some other essentials. This made our arrival so much more pleasant because our car was packed to the gills and didn’t have room to bring some of the basics. They were very responsive with questions we had. We were very happy with our stay at the beach and A1 property management.

      I rented one of their properties at Kure Beach and found A1 Property Management to be great to work with. The house was immaculate and everything about the booking process went smoothly. We had a significant issue with the AC while there, and David was super responsive and did everything he could to take care of the problem promptly; he stayed in touch with me to ensure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I recommend A1 and would rent from them again.
