  We got hooked up with Jason through our realtor and he was been truly a blessing. This man has gone above and beyond for us so many times, he truly cares about the people he is helping and will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable with the purchase you are making. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker this is your guy! You won’t regret it, we plan on keeping him around for further purchases and for all of our mortgage needs for a long time!   Summary: Excellent customer service, during the quote/exploratory stage, buying stage and after closing stage. Great rates and minimal fees. --- Geoff Brown was great to work with. He was prompt and to the point. He answered all my questions (and I think I had a list of about 15 in just one email at some point). He got me the best rate: I shopped around and he still got me about 0.25% better than anyone else. He didn't bug me after the quote but patiently waited until I was ready and told him I was moving forward with him. Geoff also honored the rate even though I purchased several months after requesting the quote. I compared the fees for the loans when I shopped around too. His loan had both the best % and lowest fees, incredible!! He sent me the closing docs ahead of time, per my request as I wanted to review before signing day. During closing I asked questions about bi-weekly payments and early pay-off methods. He offered to send me amortization schedules with different options for additional payments + bi-weekly payments. Most importantly, he actually did follow-up within the day (even though our transaction was done)! Several weeks later I emailed to ask about how the bi-weekly payments were deducting, he was again helpful and prompt. I followed up during tax season with deduction questions (months after my purchase) and he still got back to me in record time with helpful information straight from the IRS. Buying a home is serious business and I wanted someone who would take it just as seriously as I was. Geoff definitely delivered. If I could give 10 stars I would!
