      Sold me a faulty tablet and won't do anything to make far junk !!!

      We're sorry you feel that way Tamara. We tested your tablet before you bought it in 2020 and you have had it and used it for over a year. Unfortunately it is now outside of our 60 day Merchandise Protection window. We also attempted to troubleshoot the tablet over the weekend with you and did everything we could in the store to try to help you get it working again and gave you suggestions of where you could take it to be fixed.
