  I have worked with Rashmi and Raj for a few years now and they are the utmost professionals. They care about their clients and fight to get them the best rate and service possible. Not sure what happened with the last person that posted, but i know that is an anomaly. Things do happen in the mortgage industry sometimes and I can guarantee that Rashmi did everything she could to help the client. They run a great business that I highly recommend.

  This is a cheating business!!!!!! The company owner Rashmi Bhrgava called us many times to get us refinance for our existing home loan. The very first thing she said, the loan will be at no cost and asked for credit card to keep in file, but she will not use it, it is a part of her business rule. But she used it for 1200$. When we found out that, she said she will return our money back. 8 months had passed she did not return our money, nor she got us refinance. When we complained to credit card company, since it is already passed 8 months, even the credit card company could not dispute. At the end as a innocent people, we lost our hard working 1200$!!!!!
